Diet food, or health food, is food that is supposed to be good for you. It usually means that the food is low in calories, or has some other nutritional benefit. But, just because food is called “diet” or “health” food, doesn’t mean that it is actually good for you. In fact, some of these foods can be pretty unhealthy. So, be careful when you’re eating diet or health food, and make sure that you’re not eating too many unhealthy foods.
